And if you decide to switch to another web hosting company, it won't be long before you realise that to take this domain name with you will not be 'free'. Because it is more than likely going to cost a fortune for you to buy this domain name from the web hosting company, you will have to stay with the company or pay the amount - does it still sound free to you.

The Promise of Free Web Hosting.

This will normally result in your website being full of adverts. Nobody is going to provide you with free web hosting out of the goodness of their hearts. If you don't get charged a monetary value, then they will just put lots of adverts on your site to make their money that way. Imagine how embarrassing it would be for you and your family if they visited your site to view your photos and instead found advertisements for porn up there.
